INMERO Poland is a manufacturer of forming, feeding/measuring, decorating and packaging machinery for the food industry, especially on large-scale ice cream production lines.
INMERO was founded in 2003 in Upper Silesia. In the first three years, based on the experience and technology in the field of machine and equipment manufacturing, more than forty different models of innovative machines and equipment were built and put into production.
INMERO, which started in the field of ice cream production, has begun to expand its product range to other packaging areas in the past six months. They introduced two new machines to the market. Based on the compact structure of the model and the suitability of various packaging products, the two machines have received strong attention from various food production companies.
Three-dimensional packaging
BRICK LINEAR is an automatic linear machine for packaging "cubes". Its innovative design enables product packaging such as ice cream, wafer ice cream, cottage cheese, lard or butter. Another innovation is that it can use a variety of packaging materials such as: aluminum foil, parchment (oily film) and mineral foil.
The innovative design of the BRICK-LINEAR machine makes it possible to implement a variety of three-dimensional shape food packaging in one machine.
The machine is equipped with six intelligent digital servo drives ACOPOS with control system, connected using Ethernet POWERLINK. This type of application enables real-time synchronization of the machine axes, ensuring standard cube shapes and precise filling. The feeding device is equipped with a light-eye catheter sensor directly connected to the ACOPOS system, which enables precise cutting according to the length of the mark or indication. The significant increase in productivity is due to this production line.
Paper package
HORIZONTAL CARTONER is a machine for automatic horizontal packaging in cardboard boxes. The vacuum nozzles grab the cartons from the warehouse and open them and place them on the conveyor belt. During the transfer, the bottom cover is closed and then transported to the product where it is loaded into the product to be packaged. The transfer is carried out by the isochronous conveyor belt, and then the box is closed, and the spray gun system simultaneously heats the glue seal.
The machine consists of a frequency converter, a valve terminal and a glue supply. The B&R Power Panel is used as the primary control and display system. The drive connected via CAN makes the machine function perfectly, not only displaying machine status information but also adjusting operating conditions.
“The main advantage of the B&R solution is that it creates a complete integrated system for control, display, motion control and communication via automation equipment and a software tool Automation Studio. All our machines are made of stainless steel and some plastic components. These materials are allowed for food processing," said Tomasz Piwowarczyk from INMERO.
